The Northam Boulevard Shopping centre redevelopment was completed in May 2018, and has significantly transformed the retail experience for its customers, in turn bringing greater synergy between its two major draw-cards – Woolworths and Target – under the one roof. The shopping centre’s expansion has created prime opportunities for additional retail and food speciality stores to join the existing tenancy mix at the revitalised complex.
